<p>A method of preparation of contacts and electrodes of vacuum electric apparatuses consists in influencing the surface of the contacts and electrodes with a concentrated thermal flow of 10?4 to 106 w/cm2¿ in the vacuum or under the atmosphere of an inert gas during 21 to 100msec with subsequent cooling the surface of those contacts and electrodes at a temperature decreasing rate of 10?4 to 106¿ K/sec.</p> |
