PURPOSE:To reduce the manufacture cost and to save material, by cutting off a cylinder sectionally and obtaining a ring shape liner having a recess corresponding to screw holes of a frame, after providing grooves lengthwise the cylinder outside or inside of the cylinder. CONSTITUTION:Four recessed grooves 11 are cut at the external circumference of a cylindrical female mold 9 and the mold is inserted inside a pipe 8. With this state, four male molds 10 are pressed from the outside the pipe 8 at a position corresponding to the grooves 11, and the pipe 8 is press-molded. The emulsion type adhesive is coated around the groove 12 of the pipe 8 to reinforce the groove 12. Next, after the adhesives is dried, the pipe 8 is cut sectionally in a specified interval. As a result, liners 13 can be obtained continuously. |
