<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an inexpensive iron core for high-speed rotation by a method wherein the pieces of extremely thin silicon steel plates are by turns fixed to the long heat-resisting insulating sheets with small intervals to form sheet members for winding these about an axis of non-magnetic materials. CONSTITUTION:The pieces of extremely thin silicon steel plates 9 in the shape of Japanese character?are arranged with small intervals on the long heat- resisting insulating sheets of, for instance, Mylar material etc. to be pasted with adhesives and such. Subsequently said sheet members are wound about a nonmagnetic axis 3 to form a cylindrical inner iron core 2. Further the outer surface of the cylindrical inner iron core 2 is coated with a surface strengthening material 10 such as GFRP. Thereby the iron core for transformer cheap and suitable for high-speed rotation can be obtained.</p> |
