PURPOSE:To make a pattern occupied area compact, by realizing the reduction in the time constant, through the application of a digital technology for the monitor of pulse intervals. CONSTITUTION:A signal (e) oscillation monitor is ORed with an output signal (f) of a power supply application pulse generating circuit 7 and becomes an input trigger signal (h) of a monostable multivibrator circuit 4 of a trigger system. A pulse width of an output signal (i) of the multivibrator circuit 4 is specified with a time constant determined with a capacitor 8 and a resistor 9. A signal (g) becomes a preset signal of a down-counter circuit 6 of a preset system. An output (m) of the down-counter circuit 6 gates an input trigger signal (j) to the monostable multivibrator circuit 4. The function of a delayed pulse generating circuit 5 is to generate differentiation pulse with a suitable phase delay to a trailing edge of the output signal (i) of the monostable multivibrator circuit 4. |
