<p>A combined valve 5 including in combination a stop valve 6 for blocking heating steam introduced into a steam turbine and a control valve 7 assembled in a valve casing 25 in opposed relation. The stop valve 6 is located upstream of the control valve 7 with respect to the stream of the heating steam, and the stop valve 6 and the control valve 7 are each formed in the valve body of a main valve thereof with a bypass valve 12, 11 for allowing the heating steam to flow therethrough. The arrangement enables steam to flow in a volume necessary for starting the steam turbine and allows the limitations placed on the stop valve 6 in opening same to be eliminated.</p> |
