Novel indolinones, their preparation and their use as medicaments

Novel indolinones of the general formula <IMAGE> in which R denotes an optionally substituted aryl group, an aralkyl, pyridyl or quinolyl group, m denotes the number 0, 1 or 2 and n denotes the number 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6, which have useful pharmacological properties, in particular an antithrombotic action, an inhibitory action on phosphodiesterase and on tumour metastasis. The compounds of the general formula I can be prepared by processes customary for analogous compounds.
