PURPOSE:To facilitate cutting to a desired shape, and to improve magnetic characteristics by a method wherein an amorphous magnetic thin-plate is wound on a nonmagnetic metallic bobbin, resistivity thereof is predetermined value or higher, an outer side surface of the thin-plate is pressure-welded and fixed by means of a caulking member and the wound body is cut to the desired shape. CONSTITUTION:When manufacturing the cut core of an amorphous magnetic alloy thin- plate magnetic core, effective permeability thereof is 500 or lower, collar-shaped guide sections 3, 3' are integrally formed together with a winding core section 2, caulking pawls 4, 4' are shaped at the noses of the guide sections 3, 3', and the nonmetallic bobbin, resistivity thereof is 30mucm or higher, is prepared. The amorphous magnetic alloy thin-plate 5 is wound on the bobbin, the outer side surface of the thin-plate 5 is pressure-welded and fixed by means of the caulking pawls 4, 4', and the wound body 1 is manufactured. The wound body 1 is cut to the desired shape, the bobbin metallic sections of two or more of cut bodies 7, 7' are fastened or the bobbin metallic sections of two or more of the wound bodies 1 are fastened, and the cut core 9 with the desired shape is formed through the cutting, etc. of the fastened bobbins to the desired shapes. Accordingly, cutting to the desired shape is fasilitated, and the magnetic characteristics are improved. |
