PURPOSE:To prevent a memory from malfunctioning by suppressing a floating bubble from jumping-in, by constituting a lead wire part, which supplies a detection current, with a nonmagnetic conductor pattern. CONSTITUTION:On garnet type magnetic crystal 10, an SiO2 insulating layer 11 is provided and on it, a conductor pattern constituting the gate circuits of a bubble generator, an eraser, etc., is formed. A conductive film pattern 12 forming the lead wire part of a detector uses the same material with the conductor pattern and is vapor-deposited simultaneously and an insulating layer 13 is then formed; after a contact hole 14 is formed, a transfer and detecting element pattern is formed by using permalloy and the detector pattern 15 and conductor pattern 12 are connected together. |
