<p>The spoke-mounted bicycle rear reflector is intended to function transverse to the driving direction. It contains several overlapping plates, whose opposite surfaces from the reflector, the plates being connectable by a locking coupling. The latter is fitted each with latching elements (48,50) allocated each to one plate (14,16). The latching elements are provided with locking toothing (62,64) which, after latching, cannot be released. One plate (14) is fitted with a protrusion (28) extending along its periphery and gripping over the rim of the other plate (16). The protrusion has apertures (41,43,45,47) for spoke passages. Pref. the plates have notches (42,44) on facing sides and at sharp angle corresp. to that of the spokes, each being suitable for retaining a spoke. Each notch may contain a group of grooves.</p> |
