PURPOSE:To prevent the call processing from being uncontrollable by the occurrence of a fault and switch systems without the influence upon the call processing, by controlling the system switching by a device independent of a control device. CONSTITUTION:When the error indication is set in an SCN circuit P-SCN which indicates hard faults or a counter circuit OV-CNT is overflowed, a processing device CP regards a control device RICT of a corresponding system as faulty. When the faulty device is in the ACT system, system switching is instructed through a gate circuit GATE to switch the system so that the control of a single constitution device can be continued. Further, the processing device CP sets a parallel-serial converting circuit P/S-SIFT through a port circuit PORT to report system information from a master station (slave station) to a slave station (master station) and receives and analyzes system information and switches the system if the system of the slave station (master station) should be switched. |
