PURPOSE:To decrease electrically connected positions to the minimum, and to obtain the winding having uniform potential logically by forming the winding by combining interleave coils having two kinds or more of strand conductor dimensions. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of the interleave coils CI, CII and CIII manufactured by cylindrically winding strand conductors 10A, 10C are stacked in the coil axial direction while the coils up to the other terminal o side from the line terminal u side are classified into blocksI, II, III with each coil CI, CII and CIII having different winding number. The dimensions of the coil diameters of the coils CI of the blockIat the terminal u side are minimized, and insulators are executed to the conductors A having large dimensions in the coil axial direction and the number of turning is increased. On the contrary, the dimensions in the coil diametrical direction of the coils CIII near the terminal o are enlarged, and insulators are executed to the conductors 10C having small dimensions in the coil axial direction and the number of turning is decreased. The coils CII of the block II lying at the middle are turned by predetermined number by using both conductors 10A and 10C. Accordingly, the electrically connected positions are diminished to the minimum, and the winding having uniform potential is manufactured. |
