PURPOSE:To facilitate cutting to a desired shape, to decrease the loss of a magnetic core and to improve magnetic characteristics by winding an amorphous magnetic alloy thin-plate on an amorphous metallic bobbin, resistivity thereof is predetermined value or higher, and pressure-welding and fixing an outer side surface of the thin-plate by a caulking member. CONSTITUTION:When manufacturing the cut core of the amorphous magnetic alloy thin-plate magnetic core, effective permeability thereof is 500 or lower, collar-shaped guide sections 3, 3' are integrally shaped together with a winding core section 2, caulking pawls 4, 4' are formed to each of the guide sections 3, 3', and the bobbin in nonmagnetic metal, resistivity thereof is 30muOMEGAcm or higher, is manufactured. The amorphous magnetic alloy thin-plate 5 is wound on the bobbin, the outer side surface of the thin-plate wound is pressure-welded and fixed by means of the caulking pawls 4, 4', and the bobbin is cut in the desired shape. Cutting to the desired shape is facilitated while decreasing the loss of the magnetic core, and the magnetic characteristics are improved. |
