PURPOSE:To increase the series electrostatic capacity of the whole winding after thermal curing, to uniformalize the distribution of potential and to improve dielectric strength between strands adjoining to mutual coil strands previously insulated by paper by winding winding between the strands while applying thermocuring resin having a high dielectric constant under a condition that the resin is not cured yet. CONSTITUTION:High-tension winding 22 and low-tension winding 24 are each arranged concentrically to a core 20 in a tank 16 of an oil-filled transformer, and the both winding 22, 24 are formed in discoid winding on which straight angle conductors are wound and wound and tightened by means of a square-shaped spacers 26. The conductors are manufactured by previously executing the strand insulation 30 of a kraft paper tape, etc. to the coil strands 28 consisting of straight angle lines of the winding 22, 24, the thermocuring resin 32, which has a large dielectric constant and is not cured yet, such as polyester resin is wound on the mutually adjacent opposite straight line sections of the strands 28 to which the strand insulation 30 is executed while being applied, the resin 32 is thermally cured, and the winding 22, 24 are prepared. The series electrostatic capacity of the whole winding is increased, the distribution of potential is uniformalized and dielectric strength among the strands 28 is improved. |
