PURPOSE:To form a high-precision thrust bearing easily by coupling a rotary shaft, which transmits rotation to a sleeve united to a rotary head part through a lubricating fluid, with a collar part forming the thrust bearing by a bolt contained at the center part of the collar. CONSTITUTION:A rotary shaft 31 transmitting rotation to a sleeve united to a rotary head through a magnetic lubricating fluid and a collar 25 which has microgrooves 27 forming a thrust bearing and herringbone grooves 28 on the opposite side are coupled together and built up by a bolt 30 contained at the center part 29 of the grooves 27. This constitution facilitates assembly so that while the shaft and collar are formed in one body, the collar 25 provided with the grooves 27 and 29 precisely at right angles to the rotary shaft and a shaft 31 are united to each other. Further, the rotary shaft is built in the sleeve and then the magnetic lubricating fluid is sealed in the resulting gap easily. |
