PURPOSE:To obtain an Al alloy used after remelting, by adding a specified amount of Li to Al. CONSTITUTION:In order to manufacture a secondary Al matrix, 0.001-3% Li is added to an Al matrix, and the resulting Al alloy is remelted to manufacture a matrix for various kinds of alloys. In other method, 0.001-3% Li is added to a secondary matrix for die casting to prevent the oxidation of molten metal when a die cast product is manufactured by remelting, and the metallic phase is improved during solidification. 0.01-12% Fe and 1 or >=2 kinds of metals with high oxidizability such as Be, Bi, Na, Ca, Cd, K, Mg, Zn and Sb may be added as secondary components besides Li. |
