发明名称 METHOD FOR REMOVING HYDROGEN SULFIDE CONTAINED IN GAS
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To remove hydrogen sulfide effectively even from a high-temperature gas such as coal gasification gas, by using a titanate as a hydrogen sulfide removing agent. CONSTITUTION:A titanate of a perovskite type structure, such as BaTiO3, or a titanate of an ilmenite type structure, such as FeTiO3, is treated for regulating the particle size and is used as a hydrogen dulfide removing agent. The agent is contacted with a high-temperature gas such as coal gasification gas in a fluidized state or in a fixed bed to remove H2S contained in the gas. After the circulation of the gas, air is circulated to regenerate the hydrogen sulfide removing agent. The titanate is stable even at a high temperature of about 700- 1,000 deg.C and its activity is not degraded during use, so that H2S can be removed at a high temperature.</p>
