PURPOSE:To reduce reflection fator and to increase photo electromotive force by a method wherein a reflection-proof film consisting of triple-layer structure is provided at a photo electromotive force junction surface and a protective cover is provided on the film through adhesives. CONSTITUTION:Boron is diffused to an N type Si substrate 21 and a photo electromotive force junction surface 22 is formed. A reflection-proof film of triple- layer structure formed by the first layer 24, the second layer 25, and the third layer 26 consisting of titanium dioxide, yttrium oxide, and aluminum oxide respectively in provided on a main surface 21. Each film thickness is formed to be lambda0/4. A glass sheet 28 as a protective cover is pasted on the film through adhesives 27. In this way, reflection factor is controlled in a small value within the wavelength range of the sensitivity region of the solar battery and photo electromotive force is increased. |
