PURPOSE:To place a seasoning material between two sheets of fish meat having the same width and thickness and prepare a food of delicate flavor rich in fancy tastes, by using seasoning machines provided between two molding means of fish meat. CONSTITUTION:A kneaded fish meat is fed from a feed box 2 onto a rotating drum 1 and heated by heaters 5 to form a fish meat sheet, which is then delivered onto a belt conveyor 8. On the other hand, a fish meat is fed from a feed box (2a) onto a rotating drum (1a) rotating in the direction opposite to that of the rotating drum 1 to form a fish meat sheet having the same width and thickness as those of the fish meat sheet in the same way as in the rotating drum 1. Seasoning machines 6 and 7 are provided between the tow rotating drums 1 and (1a), and a seasoning material is applied to the space between the two sheets of the fish meat. The sheets are then integrated by a pressurizing apparatus 11, heated by heating means 15 and 16 and finished. |
