PURPOSE:To increase the cooling effect, by swelling a cooling tube through passing through pressurized cooling water to the cooling tube and putting the cooling tube closely to array elements, in cooling active phased array elements. CONSTITUTION:A contact section 2a of a cooling tube 2 is formed with a thickness deformable to active phased array elements 1, and a cooling water pressing devide 3 which pressurizes water is provided in the cooling tube 2. When cooling water is supplied to the cooling tube 2 through the device 3, the contact section 2a of the cooling tube 2 with the elements 1 is swollen due to its very thin thickness, allowing to sufficiently put the cooling tube 2 closely the elements 1. Thus, the heat generated at the elements 1 can be dissipated by the cooling water efficiently. |
