PURPOSE:To prevent a breakdown of an output transistor by a method wherein a resistor and a diode added if neccessary are inserted between an emitter of a transistor for signal inversion and the first control input terminal. CONSTITUTION:A series circuit consisting of a resistor R9 and a diode D7 is inserted between an emitter of a transistor C6 for inversion and the first control input terminal so that the cathode of the diode D7 may be connected to the control input terminal. A resistance of a resistor R9 is preferred so that an emitter potential of the transistor C6 may be lower than a base potential when transistors S1, S6 are turned into ON state alike and collector potentials of transistors S1, S6 are nearly at null potential alike that is the transistor C6 may be turned into cut-off state when transistors S1, S2 are turned into On state alike. |
