PURPOSE:To prevent the oxidation of a conductive pattern and to contrive prevention of sparking by a method wherein a thin plate of insulating material, having an aperture to store a chip type part, is laminated on an insulator thin plate whereon a conductive pattern was printed. CONSTITUTION:The prescribed conductive pattern 2 is printed on a surface of the insulator thin plate 10. Then, an insulator thin film, whereon apertures 6 and 7 having chip type parts were formed, is laminated on the insulator thin film 10, and a laminated printed substrate 1 is obtained. Then, a chip type diode 3 and chip type composite capacitors 4 and 5 are placed in the apertures 6 and 7, and a prescribed network is constituted. Through these procedures, the generation of sparking on the conductive pattern and the oxidative corrosion can be prevented without exposing the conductive pattern. |
