摘要 PURPOSE:To cut down the cost of the subject junction structure by a method wherein the junction structure is constituted in such a manner that the upper part of a ferromagnetic material section is elastically pinched from both sides, left and right, by the expanded part of a non-magnetic substance conductor section. CONSTITUTION:On the non-magnetic conductor section 11 of a reactive plate, a flatplate section 11a to be positioned at the upper surface of the rail 3 (ferromagnetic material) which constitutes a magnetic circuit together with the primary side, expanded sections 11b and 11b located on both sides which will be used as an electric circuit of an eddy current extending in the lateral direction of the railroad from the edge on both sides of the rail 3, and a deformable tongue section 11c, which is protrudedly provided on the linner surface of one of the expanded sections 11b, are provided. Basically, the expanded sections 11b and 11b located on the edge of both sides are engaged with the engaging grooves 3a and 3a in such a manner that the former is supporting the latter, and taking into consideration of the fact that there will be variation between the left and right side spacing of the non-magnetic conductor 11 and the left and right side spacing of the engaging groove sections of the rail 3, a tongue section 11c is formed on the inner surface of one of the expanded sections 11b. As the above variation in spacing is absorbed by the tongue, it gives no hindrance on the constitution of the mechanical structure of the junction.
