PURPOSE:To control the outlet pressure and to control the flow rate with high reliability, by controlling the outlet pressure to the fluctuation of the inlet pressure and at the same time controlling the current which is flowed to an electromagnetic coil. CONSTITUTION:For the opening a valve seat 12 of a valve body 14, the body 14 is put close to the seat 12 by th energizing of a secondary spring 22 in case when no current flows to an electromagnetic coil 24 and no electromagnetic force is applied to a plunger 23. Thus an object does not flow to an outlet 13 from an inlet 11. When the current flows to the coil 24 and the electromagnetic force is applied to the plunger 23, the opening of the body 14 is set to the seat 12 by the inlet and outlet pressure that affect the primary and secondary diaphragms 16 and 17, the energizing force of the springs 20 and 22, and the dynamic balance of the mutual electromagnetic force which is generated in proportion of the voltage applied to the coil 24. |
