PURPOSE:To obtain high production efficiency in the case the compact transformer provided with the seamless core is prepared, by holding a bobbin which is divided into several parts by the cylindrical linear parts of the iron core, and performing winding by using the collar parts provided on both sides of the bobbin as a rotary force transmitting part. CONSTITUTION:The three legged core 1 whose central leg is of a circular cylinder shape is prepared by burning a ferrite material. The bobbin 3, which is constituted by a hard insulating material or the same material as that of the core 1, is coupled to the cylindrical central leg 2. Said bobbin 3 is constituted by a plurality of bobbin pieces and surrounds the central leg 2. The collar parts 4 which are divided into a plurality of pieces and have circular grooves a are provided at the upper and lower ends of the bobbin pieces. Cut grooves b are provided at the periphery of the collar parts 4. In this constitution, the central leg 2 is surrounded by a plurality of the bobbin pieces and a unitary body is formed by bonding tape. Rubber rollers 5 are contacted with the collar part 4. Electric wire is wound on the bobbin pieces between the collars 4 through the cut grooves b and the circular grooves a, and the end part is fixed to the cut grooves b. |
