PURPOSE:To reliably detect a trouble such as nailing during the work, by a method wherein, in a pipe member which has a conductive covering layer through an insulating material layer at the outside of a metal inner pipe, it is electrically detected whether or not the metal inner pipe and the conductive covering layer are energized. CONSTITUTION:A pipe member is constructed such that a conductive covering layer 7 is formed at the outside of a metal inner pipe 1 through an insulating material layer 7. After the pipe member is lined, a tester 9 tests whether or not the conductive covering layer 7 and the metal inner pipe 1 are energized. If they are energized, it is indicated that nailing as shown in a drawing is conducted, and if they are not, it is indicated that a work is normally carried out. |
