PURPOSE:To heat an elastic sheet enough and improve the adhering strength to a tape, by setting a heat generating device in an upper side chamber and contacting the elastic sheet in necessary time. CONSTITUTION:An elastic sheet 14 is heated to the enough temperature by making a heat generating device 20 to generate heat and the elastic sheet 14 to contact to the heat generating device 20 by suction and supplying heat directly. In the state where a mold clamping cylinder 51 is operated, a platen 10 is made to rise and the chamber 11 and the chamber 30 are contacted a swithcing valve 16 is operated and evacuation is done by supplying negative pressure to a pipe 18. The elastic sheet 14 presses a tape 24 due to the evacuating force and the pressing force over one atmosphere and makes the tape 24, being heated, to press and adhere firmly to a work 23. After finishing adhesion, the pressure in the chamber 30, 31 recovers the atmospheric pressure, the platen 10 is lowered, a switching valve 16 is operated and the negative pressure is supplied to a pipe 15. |
