The horn loudspeaker enclosure has a 65-700Hz frequency range and two rectangular diverging side walls (15,16) interconnected at their closer ends by an end wall and parallel partition to form a chamber (6) in which the speaker unit is mounted. An opening in the partition allows speaker sound to pass through towards the enclosure open mouth. Each side edge of the opening is connected to the associated side wall edge at the enclosure mouth by a further partition (2). A further partition (4) is located along the enclosure plane of symmetry from the opening to the mouth, the partition having convex sides symmetrical about the plane.
