Door hinge with an integrated door holder, especially for vehicle doors, consisting of a first hinge half and of a second hinge half connected to the latter by means of a hinge pin. The door holder consists of at least one spring-loaded catch member (7), fastened to one hinge half, and a catch arm (11) formed on the other hinge half, having catch recesses (15) and cooperating with the catch member (7), and of a limit stop, the axes of rotation X-X of the door holder (7, 11) and of the hinge (2, 4) coinciding with one another. The spring-loaded catch member (7) is resiliently arranged rigidly on one hinge half (2) in a housing above the catching plane of the catch arm (11). <IMAGE>
