PURPOSE:To obtain low-cost and high-reliability piezoelectric parts, by providing an insulating cylindrical material where a piezoelectric substrate is stored under the state where the piezoelectric substrate is held between terminals plates and coating the outside with an armoring resin. CONSTITUTION:A piezoelectric substrate 31 is obtained by calcining piezoelectric porcelain materials into a square plate form, and polarization films 35 are formed on upper and lower faces. In respect to terminals plates 32 which hold the piezoelectric substrate 31 from upper and lower sides, constant-width terminal parts 37 are projected from respective one sides of plane parts 36, and plane parts 36 are superposed onto upper and lower faces of the piezoelectric substrate 31 and are stored in a glass tube 3. A space 38 to secure the oscillation of the piezoelectric substrate 31 is left in the glass tube 33, and the outside of the glass tube 33 is coated with an armoring resin 34. |
