摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the titled device which is small in size and which can input efficiently, by arranging contacts in (n) rows and (m) columns, connecting in a constant direction semiconductor elements having a directivity of electric current to spaces between adjacent contacts in the same row and same column, and leading out output terminals from contacts at the final row and column. CONSTITUTION:Diodes d-d are connected in a constant direction to spaces between adjacent contacts P(n,m) (where n=1-4 and m=1-4), and output terminals A-D are respectivey led out from each contact on the 4th row and also output terminals E-H are respectively led out from each contact on the 4th column. When a selection terminal S which is set to a voltage V is brought into contact with a contact P(2,2) under this condition, output terminals B, C, D, F, and G become ''1'', and the output of gate circuits G1 and G4 of an output circuit becomes ''1'', and then, a selection output of the contact P(2,2) is generated from a gate circuit G12. In this way, the device can be constituted of only semiconductor elements, such as diodes, etc., and contacts. Therefore, numerous contacts can be arranged in a small area and, as a result, the device can be reduced in size and can performs inputs efficiently.
