<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of a noise band to enhance S/N, by make the magnetic tape stationary to record one-frame components of the picture signal. CONSTITUTION:The picture signal is recorded only during just one rotation of a disc 2 while making a magnetic tape 1 stationary to record one-frame components of the picture signal; and after completion of this operation, the magnetic tape runs for a prescribed distance automatically or by giving a feed command of the magnetic tape, and a control signal formed from the vertical synchronizing signal of the frame period is recorded onto a control track 1b provided in the lower end of the magnetic tape by a control head when the magnetic tape is stationary or running. At the reproducing time, the magnetic tape 1 is made stationary in a position corresponding to the reproduced control signal, and the picture signal is reproduced by a video head 22 under the state where the magnetic tape 1 is stationary.</p> |
