Power supply which produces two variable voltages - which are of different polarity and use chopper and blocking oscillator

The power supply has two converters producing two variable voltages having different polarities w.r.t. a reference. One of the converters is a chopper (1) and the other a blocking oscillator (2). The chopper has a clock (le) connected to the resistor of the RC circuit (3b, 3c) belonging to the blocking oscillator. The capacitor in the RC circuit is at the reference potential. The RC circuit's tapping and a given voltage (4) are applied to the inputs of a differential amplifier (1) whose output controls the switching transistor (2a) in the blocking oscillator.
