The ready-made shoe insole is intended for high-heeled ladies' sandals. The shoe consists of the insole made of compressed fibrous material (1), on whose underside is a rigid plastic layer (2) extending from the heel to include the instep. Along the opposite facing edges (4,5) of the shoe inside and on the tread side, are strip-shaped cavities (6). A middle ridge (7), in which a spring or a foam strip is embedded has markings (8) which can be numbered according to a scale.
