The control valve is for a fluidic medium, where the moving control element has exact positional control even when the fluid flow contains metallic impurities. The movable control element is in a housing joining two pipe sections and releases or blocks more or less liquid. Control is effected electrically or electronically where a circuit is kept closed and the valve is in the blocking position. The switching element (15) mounted in the blocking direction of the control element (12) can move coaxially with the direction of motion and relative to the control element. The movement is limited and closes the circuit as soon as the control element is in the blocking position.
