PURPOSE:To make an XY scanning and a duplicate read possible, by reading the picture element charge, which is outputted through plural busses, selectively through detection amplifiers which are provided correspondingly to multiplexers respectively. CONSTITUTION:Plural busses in the line or row direction to which the picture element charge to be read from each detection electrode is transferred are divided into n-number groups each of which consists of m-number busses, and m- number multiplexers 30a, 30b, and 30c provided with a function to select n- number busses are provided, and one or plural busses in each group are connected to the input of each multiplexer, and the picture element charge outputted through plural busses is read selectively through detection amplifiers A10, A20, and A30 provided correspondingly to respective multiplexers. |
