PURPOSE:To suppress the jitter due to the inter-symbol interference, by providing a means which varies the bit length of information influenced by the inter-symbol interference on a transmission line. CONSTITUTION:In a transmission station BO, transmission data Y0 has the pulse width changed in accordance with its information pattern by a pulse width changed in accordance with its information pattern by a pulse width varying circuit 21 and is transmitted through a transmission filter 22, a transmitter 23, and an antenna 24. In receivng stations B1 and B2, receiving radio waves are received by antennas 25 and 29 to obtain receiving data by receivers 26 and 30, filters 27 and 31, and comparing circuits 28 and 32. Since the jitter due to the inter-symbol interference is determined unequivocally if the characteristic of the transmission line is determined, data Y0 to be transmitted has the pulse width so increased or decreased that the increment or the decrement of the pulse width due to the inter-symbol interference from the filter 22 of the transmission station BO to the output side of comparing circuits of receiving stations B1 and B2 cancelled. |
