Pivot bearing components on the frame are adjustable vertically to the frame plane between a closed and a slightly open setting. The block engaging units have a slightly open engaging position corresponding to this frame position. The drive rods controlling bearing components and locking component groups are synchronised in movement so that, when the blocks are set in the slightly open settings, the bearing components are likewise set. With the blocks set for opening and/or closure, the pivot bearing components are in their closure setting.
