发明名称 GAS LASER TUBE
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent concentration of discharge to the end part of a cathode electrode, to facilitate assembling, and to enhance quality of gas laser of a gas laser tube by a method wherein the end part of the cathode electrode is covered with a material having the discharge holding voltage higher than the cathode electrode material. CONSTITUTION:The gas laser tube main body 10 is constituted of an outside glass tube 11 to constitute an outside circumferential vessel and a fine tube 12 to constitute the discharge path, and an anode 13 and the cylindrical Al cathode 14 are provided in the inside thereof. One end 12a of the fine tube 12 thereof on the anode 13 side is connected to the outside tube 11 being integrated in one body, and anoher end 12b is made as the free end extending in the outside tube 11. The discharge path is formed with a discharging aperture 12c arranged to the fine tube 12, and reflector constituting bodies 15, 16 are adhered to both the end parts of the main body 10 to be sealed. The discharge obstructing member 17 is inserted in the end part of the reflector constituting body 16, the member 17 thereof is constituted of a metal having the discharge holding voltage higher than the cathode electrode material and being the surface thereof treated with oxidation, and concentration of discharge to the cathode 14 is prevented. Accordingly assembling of the laser tube having double structure is facilitated, and quality of the gas laser is enhanced.
