PURPOSE:To simplify spark test work and decrease the false recognition in the decision of steel type considerably by arraying plural dissimilar steel standard pieces to a straight line and forming these into one piece. CONSTITUTION:Dissimilar steel standard pieces 1a, 1b... consisting of dissimilar steel materials of a square columnar shape of a 30mm. square are arrayed in plurality to a straight line and dovetail grooves 9, 9... penetrated longitudinally along the mutually adjacent standard pieces are provided. These standard pieces are connected to one pieces by means of wedge pieces 5, 5... fitted into the dovetail grooves. The respective pieces are provided with ground surfaces 11a, 11b... on the top surfaces, whereby a standard piece block 1 is formed. Thereby, spark test work is carried out smoothly without taking labor in selection of standard pieces unlike in the work of handling a multiplicity of varied dissimilar kind steel standard pieces as in the prior art. |
