PURPOSE:To obtain a reflection type screen which is suitable for mass production, by clamping an aluminum foil extending over its whole circumference, pressing it with a convex die so that tension is put onto the aluminum foil, performing its plastic deformation, and after that, hardening it, and cutting it to prescribed dimensions. CONSTITUTION:An aluminum foil is elongated, its circumference is pinched and held by a fixed jig, its reflection surface is made to press-contact with the convex surface of a convex die, the aluminum foil is pressed, and its plastic deformation is performed. Subsequently, a concave die is placed and opposed, the dies are clamped, and after that, polyurethane resin is injected from a resin injection hole 7 provided on the die, and finally, this reflection type screen is detached from the die, its four sides are cut off to prescribed dimensions, and a desired product is obtained. According to such a method, the automation is executed easily and the mass production is performed suitably. |
