PURPOSE:To prevent malfunction of an alarming means caused by an object gas of false alarming by passing the signals outputted from a gas detecting part which is highly sensitive to a detecting object gas and a gas detecting part which is highly sensitive to the false alarming object gases to a discriminating circuit. CONSTITUTION:A gas detecting part 1a which is highly sensitive to gaseous hydrogen and gaseous buthane, a gas detecting part 2a having sensitivity to gaseous alcohol as well, and a gas detecting part 2c which is highly sensitive to false alarming gases such as gaseous alcohol, steam and smoke are provided. The outputs of these gas detecting parts are inputted to comparators 3a, 4a, 5, the outputs whereof are fed to a discriminating circuit 9. In the circuit 9, a gas leakage detecting signal (e) is outputted when only the detecting gas exists and when the false alarming gases exist and the detecting gas of a high concn. exists. |
