PURPOSE:To perfectly remove paint in recessed grooves of a cup-shaped inner surface of a spraying head, by providing a spraying head in a cup-shaped space with a coaxial saucer-shaped thinner guiding member so as to form a thinner supplying port on the rear face of the atomizing head at the opposite side of the cup-shaped space. CONSTITUTION:At the washing operation for a paint color-changing, thinner is injected from paint injecting nozzles 23, 21. The thinner, injected from the nozzle 23, flows into paint flow-out holes 8 to wash them after washing the circumferential wall of an annular space 7, and then washes a cup-shaped internal circumferential wall surface. On the other hand, thinner injected from a nozzle 21, passes a recessed part 16 and the front of a saucer-shaped guiding part 5b through thinner flow-out holes 19, and then collides against the inside of recessed grooves 11 from a peripheral edge part 15 to wash these parts. Thus, the paint stuck to the recessed grooves at the peripheral tip edge part of the internal circumferential wall surface of the atomizing head and the saucer-shaped thinner guiding part are perfectly removed. |
