The heat-exchanger has a primary section with feed and discharge pipes through which a warm liquid flows and a secondary one for the water to be heated. Between the feed (3) and discharge (4) pipes of the primary section is a connecting pipe (11), while after the union for this pipe the feed pipe contains a circulating pump (13). The discharge pipe contains an adjustable valve (14), after the point at which the pipe (11) is connected to it. This valve can be controlled by a thermostat in the discharge pipe.
