PURPOSE:To stop a reciprocating means for original exposure with good response by detecting the reciprocating means being at an excessive movement position and then by inputting its detection signal to the interruption terminal of a microcomputer. CONSTITUTION:A one-chip microcomputer 39 has an input terminal 41, an output terminal 42, and an interruption terminal 43, and in the microcomputer, an ROM44, an RAM45, an input-output port 46, and an interruption processing circuit 47 are incorporated. The ROM44 stores a program for operating this device, and the interruption processing circuit 47 has a program of an interruption processing routine in its memory and, when inputting detection signals from excessive-movement detection sensors 37 and 38, operates on real-time basis to disconnect a clutch 34, thereby stopping an original table 33. An interface 48 connects the microcomputer to peripheral equipment, such as eletromagnetic clutches 32 and 34 to send an operation signal to a desired device selectively. |
