PURPOSE:To offer an original message at a bank branch, etc., by storing voice information, sent from a data processing center via a circuit, in the RAM of a terminal equipment and by making a voice answer on the basis of pieces of information stored previously in the RAM and a voice memory. CONSTITUTION:A terminal equipment (a), such as an automatic depositor, installed at each branch of a bank, etc., is linked to the CPUd of a data processing center via a circuit (b) and from the CPUd, voice information as an original message for every branch is sent and stored in the RAM4 of the equipment (a). In a voice memory 3, previously coded voice information common to respective branches is stored. When information is inputted by a customer through the equipment 4, the corresponding voice information is fetched from the memory 3 and RAM4 by a processor and synthesized at need to voice the message from a speaker 9 through a voice converter 8. Thus, the original message for every branch is sent out. |
