<p>PURPOSE:To avoid the damage of the use efficiency of resources, by performing the congestion control for the information processing system, where plural types of inputs share one resource, by a method adapted to each input type to share the resource among all types of inputs. CONSTITUTION:In respect to shared buffers 4-1-4-n, use conditions are controlled collectively by a buffer control device 1, and simultaneously, use conditions due to input information for every input type are controlled by buffer control devices 1-1-1-l for every type. Consequently, if thresholds by which buffer control devices 1-1-1-l for every type operate input control devices 2-1- 2-l are set independently of one another, the input control adapted to each input type is possible. Further, since buffers 4-1-4-n are not distributed preliminarily to all communication lines 3-1-3-l by the buffer control device 1, the lowering of the use efficiency is avoided.</p> |
