<p>PURPOSE:To perform fusion-bonding securely and at low cost, by using the foamed resin sheet of controlled specific gravity and permeability and heating the high frequency electrode at the predetermined temperature in case of fusion- bonding of the foamed resin sheet and the skin material by high frequency bonding. CONSTITUTION:Three layers of the lining material 10, the foamed resin sheet 11 such as foamed urethane sheet etc. of controlled specific gravity and the skin material 12 are arranged on the electrode plate 4 of the high frequency generating apparatus and the electrode 5 is heated by the heater 13, the temperature sensor 14 nearly at 100 deg.C, the temperature lower than the melting point of the facing material 12 and is lowered, and the facing material 12, the foamed urethane sheet 11 and the lining material 10 are pressed between the electrode 5 and the electrode plate 4 and applied with high frequency electric power. By this, internal heating by high frequency and outer heating by the high temperature electrode 5 are used together, the foamed urethane sheet 11 is fused concentrated, by then it is bonded securely to the skin material 12 and the lining material 10.</p> |
