摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To perform the reproduction of a particle catcher with simple structure, by producing the thermal energy required for the reproduction of a particle catcher through the combustion of a fuel and exhausting directly to the exhaust system then burning the combustible particle caught in the particle catcher. CONSTITUTION:When the exhaust gas pressure is higher than predetermined level, more than predetermined amount of bomsutible particle is caught in a particle catcher 11 of a controller 17 thus to decide that it is the time for performing the reproduction of the particle catcher 11. Consequently a valve-open signal is provided to a fuel-cut valve 33 placed in a second fuel injection pump 30 while a ON signal is provided to an electromagnetic clutch 35. Said pump 30 will feed the fuel to the combustion chambers 21-24 at the second piston phase, where the thermal energy produced through the combustion isn't exhausted to the engine exhaust system but to burn the combustible particle in the particle catcher 11.</p>
