PURPOSE:To measure the temperature of metal accurately by contacting the metal and a thermocouple by a brazing material. CONSTITUTION:A body under test 3 is a pipe and fixed by a jig 5 for fixing the body under test. The outer surface thereof is exposed to burning gas, and the inner surface is cooled by air introduced from a cooling air pipe 6. A small hole is perforated in said body under test 3 from the top to the middle part of the body along the axial direction. The thermocouple 8, to the tip of which a brazing material 8a is attached, is inserted in said hole. The thermocouple 8 is taken out of an outlet port 9 in the middle of the cooling air pipe 6 and connected to a temperature recorder 12 through a compensating conductive wire 11. |
