PURPOSE:To prevent the fall of a compressor main frame and the generation of accidents such as contact between a motor and an enclosed vessel by increasing the horizontal area of the enclosed vessel supporting the compressor main frame and by retaining the width of collar member of cylinder entirely and joining it partly. CONSTITUTION:A horizontal surface 21a is formed in an enclosed vessel 21. Bolts 21 are welded at an arbitrary location of the horizontal surface 21a. After the screws 21b are fitted into supporting slots 23c which are opened on the collar member 23a of a cylinder 23 the enclosed vessel 21 and a compressor main frame 22 are joined and fastened securely with nuts 30. As illustrated in the figure, the horizontal surface 21a of the enclosed vessel 21 is formed in relation to the roughly sphere-shaped bottom surface 21c in such a way that it is inwardly normal to the side surface of the enclosed vessel 21. The width of the horizontal surface 21a is considered to retain the maximaum width of cylinder collar member 23a all over the region of the horizontal surface 21a. This construction makes it possible to prevent the fall of a compressor main frame 22 and accidents of contact between a motor 29 and the enclosed vessel 21. |
